Taking a good idea for a business and turning it into a viable, ongoing company requires entrepreneurs to make a seemingly endless array of high-stakes decisions. It’s gratifying to be a trusted advisor to founders, helping them structure their businesses, develop strategies, and negotiate financings that enable them to grow while maintaining control of the company. Although my practice focuses primarily on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital, I’ve also assisted clients with real estate financings and leases and counseled them on business issues. I work with entrepreneurs and emerging companies in technology, health care, life sciences, insurance, financial services, and other sectors, and I look forward to helping you scale up your business venture and pursue your dreams.
Fun facts: I’m very tall (6’9”) and love basketball and golf. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my wife, our two kids, and our three dogs. My latest project is setting up an organic orchard at our home. We currently have around 40 different fruit trees and are looking to add more!
