I have a diverse corporate practice, ranging from advising founders on entity formation to assisting with high-value M&A transactions for multinational clients. I enjoy problem-solving and helping clients achieve their goals by providing practical advice. Prior to coming to Mintz, I worked at two full-service Canadian law firms in Toronto and have lived, studied, and worked in seven countries before moving to Boston. I enjoy being an attorney as this job challenges me and allows me to learn something new every day from a diverse range of individuals. I speak five languages and love learning about new cultures.
