Meet Frank Gerratana
Fun Facts:
I’m pretty sure I was destined to work with the high tech industry – I had my first letter published in MacUser magazine when I was 13, I learned to code at 14, and I founded my first tech company at 15. I live near Boston, but I spend a lot of time driving around Vermont in a pickup truck. My Burning Man art project was featured as a clue on NPR’s “Wait Wait… Don't Tell Me!” I weigh 80 pounds less than I did in college.
The most valuable lesson I’ve learned in business is…
Be patient. Good opportunities take a while to appear. But when they do – don’t hesitate. Jump on it right away.

Your patents are your passport to the global marketplace. I’ve worked with innovators pioneering next-generation electrical and computer technologies including cryptocurrency and blockchain systems, social media and internet applications, autonomous vehicles, and medical tools and devices — collaborating closely with them to develop effective IP plans that have helped them grow their companies. In addition to having a keen interest in new tech and deep knowledge of patent prosecution, I understand the complexities of global patentability, including jurisdictional differences in patent law. When the time comes, I’ll help you manage your growing company’s US and international filings and ensure your patents are enforceable in markets worldwide.
