I have a large autograph and memorabilia collection from my childhood (I’m a big New York Islanders fan). More recently, I have begun collecting watches. I also have a knack for running into celebrities in public – I once accidentally found myself in the middle of an Adam Sandler film set while on vacation in Puerto Rico.

a fisherman – specifically, out on the Long Island Sound listening to Billy Joel music. I hope to take an overnight deep-sea trip for tuna in the near future.

Goodreads. I’m an avid reader and use it regularly to keep organized.
Having caught the entrepreneurial bug myself at an early age, prior to attending law school, I studied business management in college with a particular focus on entrepreneurship. I enjoy tapping into my personal experiences when advising early stage companies through various legal and business issues. My practice allows me to work with companies in various stages of their life cycles, from formation to series seed financings to IPOs to follow-on offerings and everything in between.
