Meet Marine Bouaziz
As a French woman who has lived in several of the world’s great cities, I’ve experienced the satisfaction and occasional frustration of building a life in a new culture. Building a new business can pose similar challenges. I draw on my legal work with entrepreneurs in London to guide start-ups and emerging companies here as they work through new business issues and pursue opportunities. Are you considering a merger, acquisition, or other commercial transaction? In 2018, our team closed deals totaling more than $1.2 billion in value. No two start-up stories are the same, but helping so many start-ups grow from formation to exit gives Mintz incredible insight. I leverage that knowledge and attend to the details of every transaction and corporate matter to help clients move forward. With particular experience in the energy and technology sectors, I stay ahead of industry developments — including legal issues affecting innovative technologies like blockchain — to provide clients with the best counsel.
Like most French people, I love bread. I grew up in Paris and then lived in Singapore, London, Philadelphia, and now New York, and I can tell you where the best spot is to buy a baguette in each of these cities. Also, I love reading autobiographies and I recently finished those of Andrei Agassi, Nelson Mandela, and Menachem Begin. Let me know if you have recommendations!
If I weren’t a lawyer, I would be …
