Full Bio on

Helping companies with licensing agreements, securities offerings and deals is a lot like one of my longtime passions — baking. Each requires strict attention to rules and directives, and if you apply experience and finesse, offers the possibility of producing exceptional results. Before joining Mintz Levin, I helped entrepreneurs make companies from scratch while interning with the Cardozo Tech Startup Clinic. Drafting privacy policies, terms of use agreements, and incorporation documents in that role, and licensing agreements during an internship with FilmNation Entertainment, deepened my corporate law skill set. I now counsel start-up and later-stage technology, arts, entertainment, and financial services companies, and underwriters. If you’re looking for assistance with licensing matters, stock and asset acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and mergers, you can call on me.

Fun facts:

I love going on road trips. After I took the bar exam, I spent two weeks driving 2,000 miles through the Rockies. Eventually, I hope to drive through every state in the US.

If I weren’t a lawyer, I would be …

running a bakery.

My favorite website or blog?

I love BuzzFeed. It has a great mix of world news, entertainment news, and recipes.

What’s your favorite app?

Foursquare. I always look up a restaurant’s rating on foursquare before I eat there and usually look at the tips to decide what to order.
